‘Surviving Liverpool’: Ghana Thinktank Event @ FACT Wed 29th July 1430-1600hrs

Want to solve your own problems but stuck in a loop? Ghana Thinktank are running a workshop that take everyday issues from civilian life and add military minded problem solving to them, the point being most of the problems we face already know how to deal with in a different context. Even if your running smooth it never hurts to look at things from a fresh perspective so why not come along for the session and see what solutions you can add?

Join us on Wednesday 29th July, 1400 – 1600 hrs, and help us create alternative solutions to ‘Surviving Liverpool’.

More about Ghana Thinktank:

Ghana Thinktank has been ‘Developing the First World’ since 2006. They collect problems in the U.S and Europe and then send them to ‘think tanks’ they established in Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Mexico, El Salvador and the U.S Prison System to analyse and solve.

They then work with the communities where the problems originated to the solutions into action – whether they seem impractical or brilliant. By exchanging problems and looking for help in unexpected places, they flip typical power dynamics, shift point of view and build unlikely coalitions. To find out more about them visit their site ghanathinktank.org

Ghana Thinktank will be at FACT in Liverpool from Monday 27th July – Monday 3rd August 2015 and are looking to work with our Veterans group to develop their project further.
